Works well but a little pricey
I am a fairly new BiPAP user as of 2/2019. The Amara View mask was ok, but made a lot of squeaking and squelching noises that was quite aggravating. My pressure settings at 18/13 are a bit on the high side, so it was expected. I decided to give these liners a try and they make a TON of difference! No more noises, and much more comfortable than just the mask silicone on your skin. I tend to move around a lot while sleeping which messes with the liner alignment, so I wake up a couple times to reposition it. When that happens, I have to take off the mask fully and carefully position the liner so it lines up correctly with my nostrils. These would be perfect if they came with a way to be secured in place. I do have slightly higher mask leakage with the liner on, but my AHI is actually lower, so I don't think it's a big deal. Besides, I like the minor leakage as the slight airflow leak through the material tends to help cool off where the cushion and my skin meet. Probably my only gripe is the price; rather expensive for what you get in my opinion. They are supposed to be single use, but I get 2-3 uses out of each one until they stretch out too much. Hand washing and then flattening them out to air dry helps to "reset" some stretching and edge curl, but 2-3 days of use is about the limit for me. People say these liners are similar to the look and feel of a T-shirt, and I agree. A t-shirt seems to use slightly thicker thread, looser weave, and a different weave pattern. I tried to take a close-up picture on my phone to show the differences between this liner and a typical t-shirt.

Finally a liner for my F40 mask
While not listed in the description, these will work for the ResMed F40 mask. I kept trying different covers for the F40, then someone recommended these liners. They work well. One might need to stretch the top hole out a bit to fit right for your nose. However, the fabric is lightweight, actually helped with my mask leaks, keeps my face from getting sweaty during the night, and helps so I don't get contact breakouts on my face. Yes, they can be a bit pricey, but every liner or cover will wear out, so whatever one uses, you'll need replacing. For me, the price is worth the good night's sleep I get.

Review of the 6C-AVK with a Resmed F40 mask
I purchased these for the Resmed F40 face mask, my Sleep Dr recommended them for air leaks and comfort. I am using a highish pressure for my therapy which has me on a Bilevel machine and have to tighten down the straps on the mask to get a seal. I have found after using them for about 10 days is they do not stop air leaks BUT they do get rid of the noise that the silicone on the mask would cause from the leaks - both the leaking air and the "farting" sounds. I will also say that per the Aircurve 10 display the amount of air leaking seems to be more than without them but my therapy is still very effective and hasn't changed. As far as comfort - yes it keeps the area that used to be in contact a lot more comfortable so they work well in comfort. They stay on with the friction between the mask and your face. Personally I find them kind of expensive for a single use so I am using them 4 nights and then tossing them out, the cost over 4 months is better for me. They do stretch out over the extended usage but are still usable. Hygienically it not be the best but in the short time I haven't had a skin reaction. I would recommend trying them for the lack of air sound and the comfort they provide vs just the silcone of the mask on the skin. I gave it a rating of 4 because it doesn't stop the air leakage but my wife has not heard any air leakage since I have been using them.

No leaks, no face lines & comfy!
Dramatic improvement to my CPAP experience. They not only keep the silicone from touching your skin but it allows you to not need the mask straps as tight in order to avoid air leaks. They’re soft & comfortable against your skin & stretch to customize how the holes line up with your mask.

A long but honest review
I’ve been using these liners for about a week now and will follow up at a later date as I get used to them. I say I need to get used to them for a few reasons. These are issues that may help if you’re considering investing in these. First, I use the ResMed Airsense 10 with the Dreamwear full face mask. I hated the silicone and suffered through it only because I didn’t want to pay for the unusually high priced liners (Dreamwear liners are few and far between). Well, I broke down and paid the $$$ for these when I just couldn’t make a successful one myself. The comfort is fine with the thin cotton. I find it a tad scratchy but it’s far better than the sticky silicone so okay. It goes on and stretches to fit easily. Most folks are saying it creates a good seal but I can’t say that’s true with my mask. It goes on well then my mask tends to slip around a bit when I move positions and air escapes. That wakes me up and I have to adjust. This happens all night long defeating my purpose of using a CPAP for a solid nights sleep. I also keep tabs on my sleep with the ResMed app that registers my activity and “grades” my sleep. I lose points every night for the mask seal/adjustments. I did try using a different size Dreamwear full face mask and changing the mask headgear fit but it still wouldn’t hold the seal. Another thing worth mentioning for anyone reading this that uses the Dreamwear ff mask, cut the center piece of cotton so that there is only one large hole. There is a center piece of fabric to cover the strip of silicone under the nose. When these liners slip, and they will, that small strip never failed to cover the nasal air passage. I struggled to exhale and the pressurized air diminishes. These are expensive but CPAP users can understand the need for them. I believe makers of all liners bank on our discomfort. What I did was take some heavy clear vinyl and trace the mask. Then cut the vinyl to make a template and Voila! I can now cut my own as needed with some old *lint free material. If you do this, note; Lint free material! Whatever you use, you get into your lungs directly! In the meantime, I wash and re-use these liners. Simply wash when you wash your mask, shape, lay flat on a towel. I have UV tank so I put everything in there before bedtime. EZ-PZ. Hope it helps you decide. I relied on other reviews before investing in these things. Just my 2 cents as well. Did it help? Let me know :-)

Worth it!
I use the Resmed f30i mask in size medium. I used to get flaky red patches where the mask was against my skin. These mask liners prevent the irritation and peeling skin that the mask causes. They dont cause leaks like some of the others I have tried. These liners definitely make it easier to stick to my cpap therapy.

Didn't work.
The material they are made of is like a thin, soft, cotton t-shirt. It was the correct model for the mask, but the two small holes for the nose and mouth weren't big enough. I had to keep adjusting it, then the are of the outer edges that are supposed to protect your skin from the mask, were out of alignment. It might work if it were made out of a soft, but mildly flexible material, instead of flimsy soft cotton. Also, very expensive, especially when you only get one use per each unit. I returned it. I also had to stop using the $140.00 mask I had just paid for with cash, no fault of this product, but expensive mistake.

Poor Packaging AND Price Increase
I've used this same liner since 2022, they do work to help with better mask seal and, for me, eliminated irritation from the mask silicone. But, I'm very unhappy with this last order. First, an order I placed in July 2025 was the same price I'd been paying, $29.95, and packaged in the same purple box. That was expensive, but worth it for mask comfort, and the box protected the thin liners. That changed. I'm unhappy due to having to pay $33.95, nothing different about the product, AND no box to protect the masks. Just some cheesy cardstock folded like an ill fitting envelope. The folds at the bottom are even too shallow to hold the liners. I had to use small binder clips to close the package. Packaging is awful! I'm so disappointed. This is an expensive item. And, it's likely my last purchase of RemZzzs Mask Liners after over four years of being a customer. If I'm going to have to pay more, AND loose the protective box, I'll figure out how to make one out of an old soft cotton t-shirt.

Scented
I was very disappointed that these liners were scented. I am sensitive to scents and it really ruined it for me.
