Disappointing
Bladder busted. We patched it and it busted again. Customer service was zero help so we were out $700. Size is awesome and kids loved it but it’s very expensive for a few uses. I ordered in January before water season and wasted my warranty timing so I could not return. Wish the company replaced the bladder or at least explained why it breaks constantly. Such a let down to get out in the middle of the water and it deflate. Broken hearted kids.

Great Towable!
Purchased this in January. We have used this tube heavily for the past 2 weekends. Tube works very well. Kids and adults loved riding it. It is like a trampoline when going over waves, very bouncy, fun. Kids loved it.

Inner tube busted after only a few uses
This was a really fun raft but after only a free trips a bulge appeared in the seat area on one side. It looks like a seam in the inner tube busted. We contacted WOW but they would not do anything for us and amazon said we were outside our return window. For this price I’d expect it to last the whole summer. Or at least more than a few trips.

Freakin Awesome
This quality tube Will last 3 years if left out in saltwater conditions. After three years I purchased a second one.

Works well, but seems low quality bladders
Not very good quality. After a couple of uses it started to leak on the top bladder. I fixed it and now it’s ok, but if feels as a thin material that could easily happen again. I’ve had a smaller O’Brien tube for over 10 years and never leaked. On the functionality, it works well. It’s so big that it’s hard to pull with a jetski. I have to ask the kids to put their weight forward until we get enough speed so that the tube starts to plane on the water. When we use it on the opposite direction (backrest going forward and kids on their knees), it tends to sink when you pull it, so you need to ask the kids to put their weight back until the tube gets going. In general it’s fun, although some kids would prefer not to have the side protections, for the thrill of falling off. Overall it’s ok and fits 4 people well. But the quality seems poor.
