I have two 7 month old kittens and a 20 year old cat. The two kittens keep having a very pudding like diarrhea or just flat out liquid diarrhea. Out of all the cats I've had, over all the years, this is the first time I've seen this issue and had it last for more than a couple days. I tried switching their food up, dry and wet and they were on probiotics from the vet for awhile, which seemed to help a lot when they were on it consistently. Unfortunately, the vet probiotics charge is $60 for 15 days supply--- technically 30 day supply, but I was splitting it between two cats. So when they came off the vet prescription probiotics, the nasty pudding poo came back: which is REALLY offensively stinky!As I don't particularly want to spend $60 every two weeks, I was looking for an alternative reading a ton of Amazon reviews for probiotics for cats.I definitely was hesitant because I saw somebody said that their cat after being on this had bloody stool. so I started their dosage off with just a sprinkling. Package says for up to 20 lb cat they can have 1/4 of a teaspoon with every meal. I was doing 1/8 of a teaspoon. I didn't notice much difference for the first few days except the poo went from sometimes liquid to always pudding or occasionally a little more form, but the smell was a definite improvement!It has now been 8 days and I feel comfortable making a better informed review.There is a definitive improvement in the smell; no longer can I instantly detect the poop from anywhere in the house as soon as it's released from the kitten.As of one day ago their poop has gone from pudding to a much more solid form, although it is still soft.For a long-term solution this is definitely worth the investment they haven't had any bloody issues which was the biggest concern-- and if I have to keep them on this long term, it is definitely feasible.At 4 oz and using about a one to 1.5 teaspoon daily, divvied up over different meals, this should last me at least 2 months.Also, the cats go crazy for the flavor and definitely eat the top part that it is sprinkled on first before they come back and finish off the rest of their wet food later on.I'm happy.I do want to be totally transparent. As a bonus, AFTER I received my order, there was a sticker that says I can get my next product free if I do a review.I'm not the type of person who would say I'm happy with something just for a free product because --quite frankly why would you want another free product if it was crappy the first time? However, I'm putting that down for the sake of transparency for the next person and because I'm so happy, I am definitely taking the time now to do the review and get another one!

My poor kitty had diareah, vet did stool testing, blood work etc. 3 visits and they couldn't find the cause. I was sent home with short term probiotics and cbd oil...still diareah for 8 weeks. It subsided short term when I added more dry food to his diet and came back for another 2 months. I finally tried this and within 24 hours it stopped. Better faster more effective than vets pricey 2 week meds. We are both much happier and my fur baby feels much better. It's been several weeks so I'm optimistic he will continue to be well. Another notable change is that his poo has always been exceptionally stinky and this brought the stink down a considerable amount. I appreciate the affordable pricing and effectiveness of this product. I put it in both my cats food daily.

Update: The first jar I got was a brown powder, smelled meaty, and the cats went nuts for it. The second jar was a much lighter brown with less scent, and now the 3rd jar I received is pure white with no scent. It is no longer kitty crack.. which is fine, it just gets mixed into food anyway and it still works very well for keeping my cat's poops solid. However I used to sometimes sprinkle a little on the food of cats who don't have digestive issues, just to make the food more appetizing, and I can no longer use it for that.---------------------------I got this like 5 minutes ago, so I can't comment on how well it works, but as soon as I opened the jar the cat ran from across the room to hunt down the apparently tantalizing scent, and when I showed it to him he shoved his entire face into the jar and ate as much powder as he could before I pulled it away.He's still just sitting right next to me, staring at me then at the jar, licking his lips and purring.. what is in this stuff?!Update: This works very well, ordering another jar!My cat has the lovely combo of extremely long fur (especially on her tail and hind legs) and extremely soft (even liquidity at times) poops. And turns out she's not one of those bath loving cats.Cut to montage of me attempting to wipe a screaming cats butt, cutting dried poop fur off a screaming cat, bathing a screaming cat.. you get the idea.So yeah this stuff is amazing! I put a pinch in her wet food at night (more if she's stressed) and she has consistently firm poops! I can even sprinkle a bit on her kibble and toss to coat if she needs extra. She likes the taste and will still just eat the straight powder (all the cats will, although it's not good to give without food because of the enzymes).The enzymes will break down starch-based gravies in wet food when mixed in. I don't feed her much gravy type food and I add in so much extra water anyway that it doesn't really make much of a difference, but if your cat is a big gravy fanatic that might be an issue!But overall, I love it, my cat loves it, it's a keeper!

We had rescued a very spicy feral adult cat last year in April. His toilet habits were horrid!!! loose stools and stunk SO BAD! Not only that, he just "went" so much more often than the others. It was unbearable! I started with a different product but it was so expensive, pretty much double the price of this one. It did help a bit! Going forward I thought I would need to continue treatment for at least 6 months to notice a big difference so I tried this one being a bit more sustainable price wise. We've been on this since September and all 3 of ours cats have benefited from it. No more Rank poop from our former feral, no more leaky mistakes when you rub his tummy a bit too vigorously and even our other 2 cats have improved with their washroom habits. I also notice less puking, shiny fur and more energy. They just seen healthier and happier overall. We will be sticking to this treatment long term as I'm also on pre/probitics myself and know the difference it makes in my system. Would definitely recommend!

Both of my ragdolls had loose stools and at times throwing up after eating. We feed them very good brands and smaller portions that helped a bit but adding 1/8 teaspoon to their food twice a day has helped a lot...No more poo outside of the litter box...( and they are cleaned 2 x a day...it is like they were telling us they were not feeling well. We noticed a difference in just two days...been weeks now, and they are both feeling better.., we attribute this to your formula... recommend .

Cannot keep pet on it. After 1 month cat started drinking water non stop and puking up water but slimy. After stopping this he was fine. It did help for awhile so now only use 1 or 2 days a week & does help but if use more than that, , back to constant thirst & puking slimy water . Update: The company emailed me and offered me a refund after this review , I accepted gratefully . So would definitely try other products from them.
