Well, dogs NEVER complain about a treat

I like the Natural Balance dog biscuits for my neighbor's dogs. Most of which are medium to large dogs. In a hurry I bought two bags thinking they were for medium dogs. The small round symbol does not jump out nor the clear bag opening. My bad. The other photos had I looked at all of them ( but like I said I buy this brand all the time . Who looks at details. On the bag received it was more clear what I had mistakenly ordered [ new and revised packaging I assume ] :SMALL BREED written on a sign held up by a chicken very clear to the eye and BITE-SIZED CRUNCHY BISCUITS spelled out on the front of the bag in one inch letters .... very clear. These biscuits are about 1 1/4" x 1/2" in size. VERY SMALL.

The last 2 times I have ordered these treats, they have arrived on time, or early, but the treats are broken, crushed, into little pieces and dust. I don't know if this happens during the packaging process, during shipping, or delivery? Its disappointing to get a bag of treats, my dog really enjoys, only to have to give them to her in little tiny pieces.

I would never believe that a little dog would have control over me on TREATS!!! She is a mixed breed that will not eat any old treat unless I mix some human food in her bowl!! It sounds funny but true!! For the moment the pampered Princess likes her variety in everything she eats that includes treats!!My little problem is 13 years old and partially toothless!! I must soak these biscuits in the water and her main meal too. She likes her meal and treats partially soaked but not too much and still have that crunchiness that she seems to want? So far the Natural Balance Biscuits are doing the trick!!When she is HAPPY - I'm HAPPY!! What a scene to say the least!!
