This seems to be a really nice shampoo. Smells good and my hair is much more manageable. The only con I have is that it does not cut through oily hair very well. I sometimes have to use another shampoo first since my hair is oily. Otherwise I like the shampoo. The conditioner seems to work fine.

This is definitely a luxury brand shampoo and conditioner. I have long and corse hair so I do need to supplement the conditioner with a thicker conditioner. If you have the money to use the conditioner for long course hair, I’m sure you would not have to supplement however, due to the price I often find it necessary. Can’t beat the smell down which is earthy and luxurious at the same time.

Wonderful product. My hair loves it. Soft, shiny without being heavy. The sent. It’s miraculous. Imagine you’re laying on the damp, soft forest floor. Heavy fog hangs in the air. Pine and cedar trees tower above you, slowly disappearing into the most. Droplets gathering on giant ferns growing off decaying logs fallen ages ago. You have twigs and pine needles in your wonderfully lush hair. The air is cold but warms your soul. You can detect chimney smoke from far off in the distance, but just barely. Bottle that, magnify it and you’ve got the smell.

I am a huge fan of Aesop. I thought this shampoo smells just like a hand cream but it was not. I think the scent of this shampoo is better then aseop's hand cream. The only problem is its bit expensive and i personally think my hair got more oily then using other shampoo.

We used these products for the first time in CA at an AirBnB rental and fell in love with them. As soon as we got home, we ordered them right away and have been using them for over 2 years now. They made our hair and skin feel wonderful. The whole line from Aesop are great products!

I have found that my hair isn't "fly-away" anymore with this product. Great smell and love how my hair feels after using it.

Good quality product

I’m a massive Aesop fan. Every sink in our home is flanked by hand soap and lotion by them. My list of products I love from them is long so I was excited to try out their shampoo and conditioner. Sadly this product falls flat. The smell is amazing however it does not lather well. I have to double wash to get any good suds. Usually when you apply conditioner you can feel it assisting with the tangles… no such luck with this one, it just sits there. After my hair feels like I washed it with hand soap or body wash. My hair feels stripped and not nourished. The shampoo is now being used as body wash and the conditioner as in shower moisturizer because. This probably would be fine for someone with short hair that isn’t chemically treated but I have thick hair that is a fine texture, long and colored… for the price I can buy oribe or other high end products
