I would share an image, but because of the nature of this item having personal information printed on it- you'll have to just believe my review.I have 2 dogs- an 8 year old Lab and a mixed breed puppy that I adopted a few months ago. But I know you're not here for me to gush about my pups as much as I'd love to.On to the tag- I noted that this would be coming from China based on the seller info which I normally try to avoid, but this tag had what I was looking for. QR on back, name printed on front (in a selection of colors which is a bonus) and the option to have a cute little clipart icon.My puppy is female- being that all my other animals in the home are male (also have a cat and lovebird) I was so excited to go all pink with this little lady, so I opted for pink text with the little bone art.When it finally arrived, which was actually pretty quick considering where it came from- I was surprised how nice the quality was. I set up her profile immediately and got her tag on. I liked it so much I ended up ordering a second tag for my lab, as his old tag was pretty beat up. Both look great and have held up well with these little monsters wearing them for the past few months.My only complaint would be regarding the key rings that are included to attach the tag to the collars- they include 2 sizes. The smaller size was ideal for my puppy- I got the ring on and unfortunately the metal is rather cheap, just getting the tag on bent the ring open so that there was too much of a risk of the tag getting caught in the open space and eventually sliding off. The larger ring worked fine, but I preferred the smaller size. That being said, those are easy to find if you want to use a different ring- the important part is the tag and both are great! Any time the QR code is scanned on the back you will get an email letting you know someone has viewed the page, which is a great heads-up if your doggies wander off and someone has found them.

Looks to be very good quality. The QR was easy to set up. The only downside is that it is bigger than I expected and somewhat heavy. ( I got this for a cat)

This is a good job, it is wonderfully beautiful, the protection medal for my puppy that serves as a GPS, even if it is not, it is for me something that gives me security for my Bello Rex and I am going to clone the medal once again. Sorry, I'm not uploading the photo now because I have it in the living room and I've already gone to bed, but I'm going to upload it, of course.

Update to original review:The tags arrived just in time for our trip to visit my parents for Christmas. Within an hour of arriving, the dogs were spooked and ran off into the woods. I didn’t panic straight away as they had these tracker tags on. That’s when we discovered that the tags DO NOT show the location of the dogs! They only show the location of the OWNER’S cellphone!! I didn’t need to know where I was. I needed to know where my dogs were. They were lost in the woods for three days and found by a kid four wheeling the day after a Christmas. Both dogs were covered in abrasions, contusions, dehydrated, extreme exhaustion, and frostbite on their noses and paws. The vet was shocked they’d survived as long as they did. They are still recovering a week later.I imagine these tags are fine if your dog is lost in the suburbs or city. But, not anywhere rural or semi-rural. The misleading description almost lead to my dog’s death. Be aware.(I already own Air Tags, physical tags, and microchips for when my dogs are lost in places they’d be around people.)Original review: “As long as the website stays up for the next ten years this is a fantastic new pet tag! Being a Siberian husky owner you’re never not nervous about your dog escaping, even if Rafe is very door trained as she’s an service dog in training! These dogs genetics scream flight, they are not normal dogs. I love this tag!

I gave this to one of my puppy parents, I have bought the ones without a picture to past puppy owners as part of their puppy go home baskets. I decided to try this one with a picture when I heard one of our puppies was traveling. Unfortunately it didn't make it on time, was supposed to arrive the 3rd to the 17 and arrive the the 7. Still I'm pleased, next time I will make sure to order with more time since this is not a product made or coming from the USA.Overall I like it and will totally buy them again.

Received these from overseas in due time. Nice looking and I'm sure they'll function as described and expected. What I disliked pretty much right away is they are bulky and heavy in weight. All 3 of my dogs are smaller in stature and when they go up steps they hang lower because of the weight and bang against steps, also make a loud clank of a noise whenever they eat, drink, lay down, etc. Annoying. Miss the little jingle sound from previous tags.

Update: everything got sorted and very pleased with the product, does scratch easy but it's a good solid tag combined with some good tech, probably too big for little dogs but just about right for my pooch.Profile simple to set up, location in the email is hit and miss but other than that pleased with it, will and have recommended it to others.Unfortunately even though I used auto fill for the information the phone number has been printed incorrectly.. so some random person may get a call if I lose him, unless they use the QR.Permanent Marker over the number and will have to try somewhere else.

I love these name tags! Unlike other tags, which have either the pet name and my phone number, OR a scan code to retrieve contact info online but nothing else on tag, these tags have both. When scanned, I receive an email with the scan location. Plus they look nice and seem quite durable--I have the epoxy-coated kind, which hold up much better than printed or engraved. I bought several for each collar:)

UpdateAfter reading my review the seller contacted me and resolve the issue. I wish other Amazon sellers had such good customer service.I've had 2 of these for a couple of months one for each of my dogs. Unfortunately the QR code on the back doesn't scan as it's so scratched after only two month.The name and my number on the front is fine, so it's not a total loss. If the back wore off so quick I can't see the front lasting very long. Shame as they are nice tags.

Highly recommend. Great quality and super easy to register.

I purchase this product for my furry family member and it was ehat we expected. Two weeks the front tag fell off, contact the seller and they emailed me and offered to send a replacement. They were quick for a response and offered a solution for us.
