Will my eyes be visible through the eyeholes?

not enough to see them..it's dark inside the mask and your eyes are back a bit..love my mask, fits great and well made!

They are for a adult sized face I don't know the exact dimensions but it is kinda like a one size fit all hope that helps :)

Can you wear medical mask underneath and breathe (as well as medical mask allows)?

That might be a little bulky, unless you cut it down & line the V mask with some tape. A smooth, stretchy gaiter mask might be more comfortable & easier to breathe through, though. Best of luck. Be well
