OK product just not for me.

Kind of does what it’s intended to do if you stay still, however can’t be worn within socks or shoes and the spacers just spin about as you walk.

Way too big, as in the silicone should be much slimmer; it just creates a different kind of pain, definitely not useful for me. I am sure they are good quality, but a waste of my money.

I am using one of these, as one of my little toes was sliding under the one next to it, but I think there are better ones out there, which I'll get round to buying eventually. It does the trick, but it's so soft that it's difficult to pull a sock on over it without dislodging it. Also, it doesn't just separate the toes: it pushes the little toe outwards, so you need wide shoes.

I'm not even slightly exaggerating when I say that these little pieces of silicone have made the biggest difference for my foot. I work a job that requires me to be on my feet almost 10 hours a day. I have thick thighs which causes me to stand on the outsides of my feet without even realizing it. And because of it, my pinky toe would roll under my foot slightly. It has been so unbelievably painful for months. I bought these, hoping and praying that they'd help a little bit. I've been standing at work for 8 hours now and the outside of my foot doesn't hurt at all. These little things are a game changer. Not to mention after putting it on and wearing it around the house, it was instantaneous relief for my foot. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. I will buy more as needed.

They are really useful. I recommend these spacers.

I did not like it

I liked these, but don't last. After 2 months of use each ripped.

Work well and help reduce pain.
