please dont buy this product . it's my humble request. useless hard disk, it's working only five months. the smbs not even a month working. waste of money

Good product
In night vision is far vision looks black. SMPS is not good quality, for 3 cameras background it was buffering. installed other SMPS working fine.Apart from night vision and SMPS everything is good.

Warrenty issue
SMPS was not working. When called supplier he told to courior. Cost of courior is nearly the price of SMPS. So forced to buy spare.

Don't buy
I strongly advise against purchasing this product. While it appears to offer a complete package, be aware that it's made in China by Hikvision, a company banned in the US. My biggest issue arose from the fact that the components are sourced from various individual manufacturers. This means if something goes wrong, you have to deal with each manufacturer separately, making warranty claims a nightmare. For example, the hard drive included with my system arrived dead, and I was completely unable to claim the warranty. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reputable brand. Do your research before you buy

Seller wont provide service
Unfortunately, the first hard disk I purchased from you was defective. After notifying you, I was assured that a replacement would be sent, and I incurred additional shipping costs to return the faulty unit. However, upon receiving the replacement, I found that it, too, was faulty. This situation is quite disappointing, especially considering that your store is recognized as a reputable seller on Amazon. The inconvenience caused by receiving two faulty hard disks is frustrating, and I have now paid for shipping both times without any resolution to the issue.

My power adapter for camera is not working just installed,can the power adapter be replaced.

Received with defect SMPS
I have received a defective SMPS power supplay device. While I ordering, I saw option for replacement but after receiving the product, I dont have any option for replacement only I can retrun which is very bad since I was waiting for 10+ days for the initial delivery. If I go with return and order new then I have to wait another 10+ days. Over all only 2 star
