Are they the same as far as firmness? I'm looking for a set with different degrees of firmness.

Each ball has the same degree of firmness. I'm pretty sure that'll be the case with any "set" of balls, and has been the case with other brands I've purchased, as they are sometimes meant to be used both at the same time within the mesh bag. For example, you'll roll them along the spine, within the mesh bag.

are they heavy or light weight?

They are not heavy and they have a little give unlike similar balls that are rock hard.

Are these air filled? Like tiny yoga balls?

Nachgiebig, aber nicht weich und halbwegs rutschfest

Bereits zum 4. Mal bestellt. Die Bälle geben bis zu einem angenehmen Grad nach und eignen sich hervorragend für Faszienarbeit, inklusive Faszienyoga (Yin Yoga). Für meine Kurse nutze ich Krocketbälle, die rutschiger und härter sind. Diese Bälle sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad rutschfest und auch der Beutel ist praktisch, weil man die Bälle nicht erst in einer Socke eindrehen muss. Für mich ein hervorragendes Paar, dass ich bereits weitergegeben habe und neben meiner Yogamatte nicht mehr missen möchte.
