Astounding what you will find in your old but high quality Kitchenaid mixer..taking the top cover off…dead, stiff non lubricating oxidized black “grease”. Scooping out the old (though somewhat tedious) and replacing with this grease gives new life to your old mixer. Working noise now lower 2.
