Awesome product, can fry delicious snacks and make recipes using very less oil.Good sturdy packaging, user manual and recipe book provided.Used it twice today, loved the product.

Good product. Value for money. You can cook delicious food without oil. I have tried frozen food like fries nuggets. Homemade marinated chicken take 20 mins. To cook perfect. Suggestion not to try fish fry in air fryer it doesn't taste good.

I purchased this in August 2022. Right about a year within warrany, the product stopped working. I contacted support. It was not straight forward at all. You have to connect on whatsapp where they ask invoice and details, and then eventually send videos and same files over email etc. to get the support.The process is ok by itself but not seamless. The support team seems to work for very limited period of the day, and takes a day or more to respond and then go silent.By persisting, I did get a replacement the first time the thing stopped working. This was a plus even though achieved after a lot of effort at my end.To note though: I was unsure if the returned product was a replacement or repair. I was ok with it anyways as it was working again.Now a few months on the product has stopped working again. The Fan does not run.I contacted supported. A couple of days after they asked for information and then they have gone completely silent. No response at all.So another dead product, the 2nd air fryer from different companies, taking up space. I am obviously going to look for someone who might repair it if possible - but with regards to this company - the single star.The product in itself worked ok till it worked. The container is large and easy to clean.But if expected to breakdown repeatedly, then it is more of a headache than anything else.Another company blacklisted in my list, and a strong recommendation to not buy.

I recently purchased this Geek air fryer through Amazon. The delivery from amazon was smooth and packaging was excellent with a double carton box.Initially we were a little apprehensive about buying an Air fryer online for home use. But based on first hand experience, I would say, it’s an all-rounder and worth every money spent. For a family of 3 to 4 this is sufficient and serves the purpose of instant healthy cooking. It's very easy to use and the menus are self-explanatory. Touch controls are superior and also accurate. This saves a lot of my time and also feels better than cooking using a gas stove. Regarding the outcome, I tried cooking French fries and chicken roast. Both came out very well and tasted much better than the normal gas cooking,So far, we have always avoided eating fried items due to health considerations, but this Air fryer is very helpful in almost oil free cooking and works great. So far it’s an excellent buy and makes sense in terms of value for money.
