It pulled a lot of hair off my super-shedding Doberman, but didn't seem to work after that first time.

Hair did not come off the glove as advertised. When trying to remove hair, the hair flew everywhere.

Summary: Tacky rubber works OK for short haired cats, but nubs are a bit short.We have a pair of short haired cats and one is shedding like crazy - this mitt helps, but it's only for your right hand, and also the nubs are a bit short even for a short-haired cat. I have used this product on both my cat and a poodle dog. They seem to like it more the longer we have used it - probably because it smells more familiar. I haven't noticed it capturing much pet hair, but neither of our pets are big shedders.
