Size chart? I wear a 10 in lululemon align and a large in aerie offline?

I wear a size 8 in Lulu Aligns. A size L in the CRZ Butterluxe fit me good. But it also depends on your body shape. Unfortunately I carry my weight in my tummy. If you want a snugger fit at the waist go for a medium.

I am almost 5’7”. Should I get the 25” or 28”?
