Great source of collagen that taste good
Great source of collagen. I notice a difference with the pain my feet when I use this but I purchased to help with skin elasticity. I can’t stop using now. I did lose a few pounds several years ago when I started using. Great product.

It works
I've been using this for well over 6 months to help my thyroid related hair loss. My nails and eye lashes are all growing thick and healthy, the hair on my head is getting there, it takes longer, I also dye my hair. Good though, taste is not bad, does not taste like vitamin at least.

Not Bad
its been a few weeks - it doesn't taste bad - I started just putting drops under my tongue but I now drop it in my electrolyte drink mix. So far so good - nails and hair growing steady it seems.

Allergies and sadness
I took this daily for about 6 months. Yes my hair did start growing in noticeably thicker, but for the first time in my life I suffered with bad allergies the entire summer I was taking this. I would sneeze over a dozen times upon waking up in the morning, then multiple times through out the day. Had really bad itchy eyes too. I also have been very depressed the last couple months, and almost manic the last week or two. So after some research, I read this can act as a histamine and also slow normal serotonin production. I've been off it for 2 days now and NO sneezes today and NO tears either! My normal good mood has returned! This product did work for me, but the side affects were not worth it.

I wish I didn't have a reaction to this because the taste is great and the ease of it is very convenient.
