Looks as good as it does in the pictures!
It is well made and feels like it will hold up to weather over the years. The color is great. I look forward to having more bats in our back yard.

Delivered on time, well packed and in good condition
We received this in very good condiiton and excitedly got it installed under our eaves. And then promotly forgot about having done so. So far no bats have been seen. Still hoping as we need them to get rid of the mosquitoes!

Hopefully bats like it
I have a bunch of bats behind a shutter over my front steps so it looks like rat poop all over my steps. I have to sweep daily. I successfully got the bats to go into the bay house and hung the house on a nail on a tall dead tree. The bats haven’t been back behind the shutter so I’m hoping they like the house and have stayed in it.

Looked great out of box, did not work, fell apart due to poor construction
This product looked just great when I opened it. I live in central Florida where we see bats every night. In fact we have seen bats perched on the tree trunk within in inches of this box, which was installed in an ideal location at an ideal height. It’s been over two years since installation, and not a single bat has taken up residence, or ever entered the box as far as I can tell. I took it down this morning because it had spun upside down. Turns out the hangar had rusted out, and several brad nails have rusted away. Why would you build a fairly expensive outdoor box with decent wood, then use an indoor soft steel hangar and soft steel nails to assemble it? Who made that decision? Any good craftsman would spend just a few cents more and use stainless steel hardware. My box was installed on a tree (my stainless attachment screws look like new) and we are at least 50 miles from saltwater. I do not live in a “metal corrosive” area. I wish this had worked, but my issue is mostly with poor decisions on material selection by the manufacturer.
