Honestly, i never tried it on. I returned b/c it was so so heavy and large. I think the sleeves might be to short for your frame. Sorry can’t help more

What's the size difference between Adult and One size???

Mine was so thin, the Sherpa had gaps in it. Not at all worth $40. Very poorly made.
