I wish that there were more stars for this product. Everything and I mean I've bought them all since revlon quit making the amazing ones with their light,have been a disappointment until now. Ahhh . THESE ARE PERFECT.

Primary use is for my brows. I like doing my own brows and not paying $25-$30/month to have my brows done. Bought to replace a very old, high end pair of tweezers. Are they are replacement? NO Are they a good extra pair of tweezers? YES I bought these tweezers to replace a very old, high end pair of tweezers. I just felt like after so much time they should be replaced. These Guru tweezers are OK. Both sides of the tweezers work pretty well (the flat and the pointy ends). I haven't had any trouble with the grip. There are many fine, small hairs that these tweezers have trouble grabbing. My old pair are smaller as in more petite. The old pair feel more comfortable in my hand-not as chunky. Both are full size tweezers (not travel size). These new, much less expensive pair of tweezers work the same as my 20 year old high end much more expensive pair of tweezers. They both grab most hairs (primary use is for eye brows). However, I actually prefer my old pair bc they are just smaller and easier to use. They're more comfortable in my hand. I will be keeping them as an extra pair of tweezers that I can throw in my make up bag. Am I happy with what I got for the price? YES. Will these REPLACE my old pair? NO. I will continue to use my old tweezers with the new Guru as my back-up pair. I do not have anything else to compare these tweezers with. Are they better than other tweezers that you can purchase for the same price? I don't know. I feel like I got what I paid for.

Very sturdy

Based on reviews I picked these over Revlon and regret it. They do not grip small facial hair well at all. Maybe I got a bad pair but I would not buy again.

You know, when I spend $8 on a pair of freaking TWEEZERS, my lowest expectation is that they should at least work. But i guess that's just too much to ask that a product that has ONE JOB, actually is able to perform said job. 8 DOLLAR TWEEZERS THAT DON'T TWEEZE. Not to mention immediately when I open the box I see that my tweezers are half way out of their plastic packaging that's ripped open. Wtf? When you sell a product that again, has ONE FUNCTION and you're charging this much for them, maybe make sure they freaking WORK. Ridiculous.
