Purchased this adjustable doorbell mount to provide a better view for when people come to my door, and it does exactly what it needs to. The setup was very easy and the design is great. Wish it had a more secure way of holding the camera inside the box, but it's still pretty secure. Definitely a great buy.

The product seemed to be of good quality, easy to install, and would have made changing angles a breeze. Too bad I bought the wrong size. The weather protector on my ring cam made it just a little too big to fit

Installed with Ring Video doorbell 4I started out looking at this product with hesitation when I saw sponges. I order this and also a regular adjustable wedge as backup. Install seemed complicated but it was not. Actually it is a pretty well thought out product. The doorbell is safely “compressed” and held snugly. Be sure to extend your doorbell wires.The anti-theft claim is a bit exaggerated however with a long Phillips head screwdriver and exposed mounting screws, it can be taken off the wall with no problem. Then again, the camera will catch the thief performing such an act.Just some advice to make it a bit more challenging, you should invert the caddy instead of how the instructions recommend. This forces the thief to put their face in front of the camera as they try to undo the compression screws on the underside of the caddy. While it will seem like a pain to install, it also makes it harder for a thief.Also be sure to place the caddy in a place to cover the bracket mounting screws. Unfortunately the more extreme angles expose the mounting screws making them easy to remove.Good luck. It really is a great product however and I would recommend.

This is absolute hot garbage. I could understand if it was glass fiber reinforced ABS or a better material but it's extremely flimsy, poor design and worthless. Something for the bargain bin at the dollar tree. Worst product I have ever bought on Amazon.

I just received my COOLWUFAN (CW). I have a house with a stucco exterior. Given that, I will have to use hardware that is suited to that type of construction. I am attempting to use an Arlo AVD4001 doorbell. It is actually too large for the CW as is so I will modify the CW with my Dremel tool to make room in the CW. Further, the allowable height for a doorbell in the CW is very close to the height of the AVD4001. Some longer screws may be needed to put the upper and lower halves together. The arrangement for hanging the movable portion on the mounted portion is clever and workable. However there is no setscrew to secure the movable portion once the proper angle is found. I will have to create something.If you buy this device please be aware of these issues before you buy. As long as you are willing to be creative it can work well.

This suited my needs very well, allowing my to reuse the wiring from my existing doorbell, while allowing a view down the walkway leading to my front door.I'm not too concerned with the plastic, as the mounting location is does not get exposed to much direct sunlight, nor to extreme temperatures.

i dont know how is this supposed to protect my doorbell when its made out of cheap plastic.! one hammer hit and doorbell is history . also if you buy this be prepared to pay 13$ return fee.! on prime. NOT COOL
