Every day I’ve taken these with a hearty breakfast around 8/9am, and by 1/2pm I feel disgustingly nauseas to the point I am close to throwing up and almost though I was PREGNANT.. the day before my period was due! Haha. I spoke to my doc and he said these are too high in zinc for me. I’m really disappointed as I wanted to take this to clear some stubborn hormonal acne and now these will be going in the bin. What a waste

I started taking these the past couple months. I never really had a diagnosis or issue that I was ever really aware of but always felt like there was something missing. I had just done some research on copper being good for immunity,blood and overall wellness and needed a certain ratio of zinc to balance that. Out of all the supplements ive tried and taken, these were the only ones ive seen a notable difference in my nails and health. My nails used to break off easy and we're always thin and weak even when taking multivitamins. Ive never had such long strong nails! Which tells me that this is def being absorbed and is working in my body. Ive done some serious labor tasks and no nail breakage even at this nail length. Thats insane for me lol! Also I've noticed my immunity has also wildly improved. We've had multiple outbreaks of coworkers getting sick in the office and I've somehow dodged it all which has never been possible for me before. I've always eat balanced and healthy and this is the only supplement ive been taking the past few months so I think this is what's actually making a difference. Balance seems to be the key 🔑

I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my brain function and ability to handle tasks. It helps me keep more calm and collected as well as process steps and ideas in a more logical way.
