I have been trying to connect to wifi snd nothing I try will work!!! It is a terrible product with no decent solution offered. It is mostly related to China???? Really??? I am so angry for spending money on this piece of junk!!!! AVOID!!!!

This camera is a toy, not really a professional solution for cctv your home. I was unfortunate to buy 3 cameras to cover the full surroundings of my home, and it was after installation where I realized: (1) the camera is picky on what it records, sometimes does not record event even when you are in front of the camera. (2) THEY FREEZE very frequent, (3) does not record sequence events, after a recording even if the person is in front of the camera it does not record again, (4) some one passed by event is triggered on cats and birds ( not as claimed to be smart to only pick up humans) (5) does not have a temp indicator, (6) I have used them around the house since 2 weeks - they did not record me entering or leaving despite two cameras are directed to the entrance - the logic for recording is not working (7) changes on certain distance are not recognised - 15 plus meters not identified. (8) notification management is poor and the app provides limited options compared to other cameras. If I can return them after I have installed them I will return them - I will try to put the same message to Amazon as the product is poor and does not meet what it promise. I spent around AED 700 on the 3 cameras and I relized that I should have searched and compared more options - reviews on YouTube were misleading. In summary this product is a toy not a professional solution for you home survalinve. (*) now after 7 months - one camera has its motion sensor not working, no recording happening despite all types of motion.

We can’t control the camera and need adapters to connect to neteork

Installed 20 m from base! It disconnects. Also battery runs out fast. There is no option to turn off the monitoring mode

This is useless cam, If kept sensitivity high runs out of battery in max 20 days with moderate movement detection, if kept low sensitivity does capture anything until that person has already walked away, needs good 5 seconds of activity for this cam to start recording and records only for 15 seconds. Total waste of money!! Don’t get it! I got it because indoor Xiaomi cam was ok but didn’t realize this is going to be so useless device!

The camera need specific router, so it can be connected to and work.. in description it does not mention that.. once I checked online, it showed that some of the boxes come with the router.

Almadan önce araştırdığımda şarjı çok az gidiyor diyorlardı, bende yaklaşık 3 aydır bina içinde aktif durumdalar. 2 tane aldım, bir tanesi sürekli aktif yani insan geçen yerde 2.si ayda 1-2 kişi geçen yerde. Aktif olan %28 şarja indi, diğeri hala %72 şarjı var. Eğer ilk defa alıyorsanız en önemli nokta bu kameranın tek başına çalışmadığını bilmeniz gerekiyor. İç mekan alıcısı olmadan bağlayamazsınız.

Amazon has just opened services here in South Africa and unfortunately are already selling "pre-opened/returned products", the camera had already been opened and had a scratched lens. This was not what I was expecting from Amazon, also their return policy involves printing labels and physically taking the product to a Courier Guy office, where the service from Takealot is so much better. Not a good start for me with Amazon South Africa My other camera's function well and so long as there is not excessive motion, the battery life lasts months and the visual quality is good

Ottima soluzione per monitorare l’esterno casa ,fa il suo dovere con automie che si sono stabilizzate intorno ai 2/3 mesi di durata ,immagini nitide ,consiglio vivamente.

This camera Must be paired with the base station. it cant operate like other wireless cameras without it.
