Its a really cute, good quality pinafore just the sizes are moderately big. I bought this pinafore for my niece because the school shops only go up to a size 12-13 in pinafores and although that size fits, she's really tall so they are always short on her, (to put this into perspective she's only 9 years old but at least 5'1/2"). So I was glad to see this seller stocked bigger sizes and i bought a size 15-16 (assuming 13-14 would be too small due to prior experiences) but it was far too long (it actually came to my knees and i am 5'10" tall) so I am going to hold onto it and order a smaller size. The fit was good though, just really long.

very very small sizing in length i ordered 17/18yrs and the label inside had 7/8 with a 1 wrote either side of the 7to 8 to make it look like a 17/18yrs it was very short in length it would have to of been made for a very short 17/18yrs old as my daughter is 12yrs old and only 5foot but i like a lot of length so ordered the largest size which is what i buy from the shops and it did,nt even reach her knees the ones ive bought from shops all come well below her knees so there,s no way on this earth it was for a 17/18yrs old i had to pay to have it delivered an had to pay to send it back so i am near on £6 out of pocket with no item to show for it i will never use this fashionwize again the should of refunded my postage as they were trying to pass off a item that had clearly been sized wrong i have taken a photo to prove this it can clearly be seen that a 1 has been added to the 7 and the 8 so be warned before you purchase from this seller

My 8 year old daughter I would say is pretty average size wise - not skinny not fat - probably taller than average. Mostly buy aged 8-9 clothes and they fit fine. This is very big though. I have ordered a smaller size and hope that will fitter better. Its no problem as I can keep the bigger one for next year - she will grow into it.

I bought the largest size available, 17-18 years, and it does slightly constrict my chest.. Apart from that, it's a smart, well-made dress in navy and I enjoy wearing it.

Arrived very promptly, but very big will keep for next year but may need to order two sizes smaller. Seems decent quality.

Unfortunately too big for my daughterBut we returned the item and the company was very promp at re-embursing our purchase
