Solid performance and great price
Overall, I'd say this is a great product that is cheaper than the competition I have seen. While I can't compare its performance to others, as I'm no bike phone mount collector, I can say this one does its job well, holding the phone securely while you ride. The product comes in a small box disassembled, but assembly is straightforward with instructions on the side and in the box. Get the clamp, put the silicone holder of your choice behind it, attach to base, and screw the two halves of the base together around your handlebar. Place your phone in the clamp and the silicone band around the corners, and you're ready to ride. I can't speak to the durability of the product since I've only taken it for a few rides, but my main concern would be the silicone band. However, since the product comes with three, I consider this more or less a non-issue. When riding, my phone stays in place. I have not been mountain bike riding with it or anything, but while riding around on the road or sidewalk in the city, dropping off curbs, and even walking the bike down stairs, my phone has stayed in the mount. My only issue with it is during those rougher terrain activities, the clamp or the base may shift. The clamp is on a ball joint, so this movement is a design feature, but it turns out to be somewhat of a double-edged sword. Shifting it back is simple, and the base movement around the handlebar may be due to my own hesitancy to tighten it too much. The ball joint is certainly not user error, though, and while not a big issue and is easily corrected once you get to smoother terrain, it is why I've given a 4/5 in stability. (Consider it a 4.5 or so, though.) One personal issue I've had is with my phone and the mount. I have the Google Pixel 2, a phone that has volume and a power button on the sides along with a squeeze-to-activate Google Assistant. As the clamp of the mount squeezes the phone securely, sometimes my volume or Google Assistant buttons can be activated. The Google Assistant is easily deactivated, but it can be slightly bothersome as you put the phone in the mount and different buttons are pressed. This is likely a tiny issue with the Pixel brand and this mount, but it only occurs as the phone is placed in the clamp or when it is slid within the clamp (which, thanks to the grips, can only happen with human intervention). I have also contacted with the company in response to a voucher which came in my product box, and I found it to be a pleasant interaction with quick responses. Overall, the bike mount is a great product that seems flexible enough to work with most or all phones and does its job well. Though I am not without my concerns and the bike mount does have some minor issues, the price, flexibility, and overall performance make it well worth the purchase, in my opinion.

Holds phone well
Mounted an LG V35 phone onto a 30 year old Trek 930 mountain bike with the Mongoora bracket, mounting process was easy. On a 30 mile road ride with occasional pot holes and dirt the mount was rock solid. The phone can taken out of the mount from spring loaded side clamps and silicone corner grips are provided. The phone probably would have been fine for the on-road ride with just the side clamps but I used the corner grips in case I hit major rough roads. The mount is on a ball socket so the phone can positioned at any angle. There's an O-ring that seats the ball in the socket and can fall out prior to putting the socket together, so be sure the O-ring is in place when it's assembled and didn't fall. The tighter the socket nut is the more stable the phone will be. Living in AZ I suspect the O-ring will dry out and fail first (everything dries out in AZ), however that will be a year from now. At that time I will likely replace the O-ring with one that is about 0.010 inch thicker and use viton instead of buna for the harsh AZ environment. The ball is held securely with the O-ring provided when tightened, but I would have designed it with one that is slightly larger, just an engineers preference. The manufacturer may have hedged on the smaller size to prevent Hercules from shattering the nut if it was over tightened. Assembly takes about 30 seconds. A set of three silicone corner grips are provided, these could probably be doubled up if needed, one worked fine for me. There's also an extra long mount screw for large OD bars, so there's plenty of adjust-ability. Bottom line is it works as designed and is cost effective.

Works better than I thought it would and 3 month review
I deliver for Doordash on my bicycle sometimes for side work so decided I should get a phone holder for my bike. This one got the best reviews and seemed OK. I received it and tried it out and it was actually super easy to use and very secure. I went over quite a few potholes on accident and over a couple of curbs and my phone didn't budge once. The only gripe I have is that with my case on, it does not fit in the holder, but not a huge deal. I have a Droid Maxx 2 and without the case, it fits great! Lots of adjustments. Of course I have only used it a few times so far in fair weather so no long term opinions yet. Seems durable enough. I say for the price, give it a go! 3 month review: Still going strong. I use it maybe only 8 hours per week on fairly rough terrain. The first silicone phone holder webbing is still fully in tact and I have never thought my phone was going to dislodge from the holder yet. The swivel got loose one day a little more than I like, but then it went back to normal so I am not sure what that was about. Anyways, still recommend it! Still only 4 stars though since I would feel much better if it could hold my phone while it is in its protective case.

Budget friendly way to keep your phone display stable for smooth to moderate riding.
Edit: Still working great. Added a star. Regarding the holder shifting when riding over rough pavement: you have to be on gravel, heavily worn asphalt, or other surfaces that cause consistent vibration when riding a road bike (or any bike without suspension) over them for a prolonged time. Generally few issues if you're riding on pavement and have it tightened down enough. Despite my original concerns about thread deformation, nothing has come of that and the holder still seems to work as it did originally. Despite my recommendation to turn it sideways, I usually have the phone mounted vertically and just avoid standing up in the saddle. This is mainly because I'm too lazy to switch "auto-rotate" on from the quick settings, and is not an actual recommendation from me; turning it sideways is easier. The seller sent me a second one for free a while back because I filled out some kind of customer survey. Original: Ride long road routes (25-60 mi) on my Cannondale CAAD10 with this. This mount is relatively stable when traveling over smooth terrain. When riding over gravel or serious potholes (which I try to keep to a minimum, route allowing), the attitude of the phone mount with respect to the clamp on the handlebars will adjust with vibration. Having the phone display visible to show GPS route or show current Strava metrics has been very helpful. Hot tip, turn horizontally while sprinting to keep phone away from your knee on the side of the holder. I've never had the phone fall off the mount. Both the horizontal clamping arms and the rubber retention device provide adequate clamping force to keep the phone in place. Recommend having your phone in a case of some kind. I use a slim rubber one. I expect this product works just as well without the case, but you're asking for trouble and removing a helpful source of grippy material from the phone. The locking collar that restricts movement by the swivel ball does have platic threads, so keep in mind that if you crank it down to a certain point, some thread deformation is possible, and it will be difficult to loosen. *This is not a design defect.* ABS is ABS. Don't over tighten. You *really* have to amp it down to get to that point in most cases. An aluminum threaded design or even steel might be nice but then you have a $30-40 product instead.

Simple and very effective
This bike mount is simple, versatile, and it works. It can seemingly adapt to most any handlebar or stem, as it is supplied with two bolt lengths (for thin or thick tubing) and rubber inserts to clamp a thinner bar. Less than 2 minutes to set up and it is very stable. UPDATE: I have to downgrade my rating. I bought this mount in December and put it on an indoor trainer. With a late spring, I have now had it outdoors for about 15-20 rides, all on roads, no trails. It just sheared off on the underside (see photo), dropping my iPhone with it. I didn't hear it, as there was some road noise and only noticed it was missing later up the road. I was very lucky to find the phone (no cell service) and avoid the huge expense of a new phone. So it's not as robust as it seemed. It's otherwise fine, but if you ride roads fairly fast and hit the occasional bump or expansion joint, you may have a problem as I did. I have had a similar unit on another bike for over two years with no problems.

First one was a dud, but the replacement works perfectly!
Though I'm an avid cyclist and will definitely use this phone mount on my bicycle, I actually purchased this to mount onto my knee walker/scooter. The first bike mount I ordered was defective (the screw part wouldn't fit over the ball-and-socket joint). After taking photos of the problem areas, I contacted the seller to see if I'd been doing something incorrectly, as the instructions are just pictures on the side of the box. The seller was very responsive and sent a new one for free within two days of me reaching out. What's better: they didn't require me to ship the defective mount back before sending the replacement! The replacement bike mount fit perfectly and was very easy to put together and install on my handlebar. The bike mount is easily adjustable to accommodate varied handlebar widths, and my iPhone 8 fits into the holder quite well! Inside the box was the mount itself (in a few parts) as well as three flexible silicone (?) bands that securely hold the phone in place. The mount came with three bands: one in black, one in red, and one in green (my favorite). In normal use of the scooter (e.g., going very fast, whipping around corners, coming to a sudden stop, rolling over bumpy terrain), my phone hasn't fallen out of the holder while secured with the silicone band.

I'm STILL a big fan of this phone holder! (after 1.5 years in use)
I have broken 3 different phone mounts, all of which were from reputable manufacturers like Bontrager. This one was cheaper, about the same mass, fit properly on my Trek Domane 4.1 handlebars, and is able to put up with the crazily bumpy roads here in the Detroit area. Would like to get a 2nd one for my hybrid bike, but the darned things are out of stock. Only improvement I could suggest is the nut that tightens the phone holder at specific angles seems to be incapable of tightening enough to keep the phone aimed at my face while riding on the aforementioned rough roads. On smooth roads, it works flawlessly and holds my Samsung S-5 phone quite well - all at a price that is about 1/3 of the average prices of the 3 name-brand ones that snapped off of my bike during normal road use. UPDATE: I've now had the first mount for 1.5 years and over 2,000 miles on the road bike. It works as well as it ever did with my Samsung S-5, and I'm still using the original black stretchy band that holds the four corners of my phone. I have not had the phone fall off the bike once in that entire time, but I have had my bike rims straightened several times due to nasty bumps in the road. I never bought the 2nd one because I quit riding my hybrid bike due to liking the road bike so much. I just bought another phone holder for my wife's Townie bike, and it fits well on her thinner handlebars, too. I plan to also get one for my fat tire bike, which should really test out the phone holder's durability. Will report on that at some time in the future.

Used for 3yrs
Bought it almost 3 years ago. And now it gave up. 3 years is not bad at all. So now I can rate it 5 star cause it serves me well. It was a good quality except for the plastic screw where a phone can be rotated, cause since its made of plastic, it cracks, if only they sell parts of this separately I would buy that specific part and have still use it. Other than that. It's a great bike phone holder. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ I would highly recommended it.

Amazing
If you are in need of a phone holder get this. Installed within 5 minutes. Holds phone perfectly. Easily, you can install your phone. Needs some improvement where it installs to the bike because it isnโt stable. Highly recommend on a budget.
