Functional and inexpensive
Was a good quality. Defiantly size up mainly because you will want to wear it over top of things. It is not overly large for the size. Otherwise it is made well and is a good value for the money. Not the fanciest but who wears a reflective vest for it's fashion?

It worked for a time.
It worked for a while, but didn't last through washings I put it in. The reflective material started coming off.

Velcro on the pockets is inadequate
After over a year of wearing this style of vest I can tell you that it has plenty of pockets, very reflective, and comfortable to wear. After 6 weeks of testing the right front breast pocket velcro came lose and also came apart, I had to remove it and replace it with new velcro. The lower side pockets after a year and a half are starting to do the same thing and will have to be replaced. The left breast pocket for a phone will not hold a large smart phone, the pocket barely closes with my phone in it, and this is the most important pocket and the reason for purchasing this vest as the seller states that it will hold a large iphone. All that said the vest has worn well and is still very reflective, just mind the pockets.

Surprisingly thick and seemingly well-built for the price.
Bought it for a Halloween costume. One for me and one for my wife.REALLY surprised by the weight and quality feel for the price. If you’d handed it to me and asked me to guess a price, I would guessed no lower than $29.99And I’m pretty good at guessing.Definitely keeping these for actual use. I’ll probably keep one in each car.
