Had a few things about it that made it felt used. It wasn’t as soft as it should be and it had some light gray things on it.

Not as described.
Not as described! The pillow I received is not chenille on both sides. One side is satin, one side chenille. We have one in pink from years ago which is chenille on both sides so was surprised when this one arrived with satin on one side. I was disappointed and just assumed that they changed the style and I didn't pay attention to the description. It's still lovely, but wish it was chenille on both sides.

This is our second Little Giraffe pillow because my son loves it so much. We have one that stays at preschool and one that stays at home. Every night he asks for his "soft pillow". They're expensive but one of ours is nearly 3 years old and has held up to daily use.
