Would not purchase this item. Although it was ok I didn’t need it and returned the product. Had to pay $54 to ship it back. Plus the aggravation of completing custom forms.

Finally arrived on the third delivery date I received.

Not bad, especially for the price. But the mat is too thin, so if you are one to take a big divot, the matt doesn't have a lot of give. Also, slides around a little when you hit. Works better with a yoga mat underneath.
