Just what I needed to use as craft rope, in making a basket. Contains all cotton, no nylon core. Soft to handle rather than being stiff like nylon. Easy to cut, if necessary, with sharp scissors.

I ordered this for my husband to use as a 'guideline' in installing a new fence, but he said it was too heavy.Depending on your use case this is a very nice feature of the rope, as it's a true 100% cotton, off white rope, with a nice off white colour. It's soft on the hand when knotting it.The main suggested use cases are internal - craft projects (i think e.g. chunky macrame), internal hanging (e.g. bunting, cards), or art.On inspection I think it would also be suitable for garden use for occasional events (it may rot or discolour if left out too long.The item comprises 2 ropes each 15 m long. If you want to pull the rope from the centre rather than the outer, then look for the simple knot at one end, and gently tug to pull out the loose end. This makes it much easier to use as much as you need rather than get in a tangle by pulling fro the outside. (Knitters tip!)Mine were in very good condition with no other pre existing knots.

hard to get excited about rope ! but i do now have a fully functioning washing line which does bring me joy, and yes i know i need to get out more ! postage was quick and it was reasonable compared to others on amazon. happy customer

Good quality and strong rope which can have many usages.I have used it for a washing line and it works great, and have also used it to hold some new fruit trees to a support pole untill they mature.£7.49 for 15m at the time of this review I would say is a good fair price and recommended.

You get what you pay for! Stretches like hell and have to replace within 2 weeks. Not suitable for a clothes line.
