Not yet driven on, but perfect fit!
The material felt like high quality. It perfectly fit in the OEM grooves. I have the 5.4l 3V triton with the late build valve cover (10 bolts on the driver side, and 9 bolts on the passenger side). I reached here from a recommendation by Ford Makuloco Technician on YouTube.

Good replacement. Fits well and fairly easy to replace. Would suggest a little sealer in a few spots to help hold it in the valve cover unless you have everything out of your way.
