I needed this at short notice as I was taking grandchildren to watch a day of horse eventing at South of England show ground. During the day we covered over 3 miles walking, so it was essential to have something to rest on, I was really surprised at how portable it was, not heavy at all. - it has a carrying strap, which fits around the rim of the seat when not in use, so easy to sling over your shoulder when walking about. It was easy to master the slight twist you have to give it when fully extended, to lock the segments together at the chosen height.I felt confident sitting on it, it was comfortable & it felt sturdy and it was stable on flat ground.Quite a few people asked whether I had bought it at the show ground- note to Supplier!Really happy with this purchase & it does not take up much room when packing away, great for any out door pursuits or extra seating

As most people have commented it looks and feels like it will do the job, easy enough to erect and collapse again. It was a little bit heavier than I imagined, but from an engineering stand point it needs to be fairly heavy in order to give it strength. Because of the pull out 'latching' design of each section you do need to sit on it properly to avoid the latch sections from failing, so basically no jiggling about or rocking side to side when seated, it requires a top downward force to keep it rigid and locked into place. The user instructions are quite basic especially on first time use as pulling it apart concertina fashion can be initially a bit awkward until you get the hang of it, requiring a straight pull and twist in either an anti clockwise or clockwise direction to lock or unlock the sections. Two points I would mention, (1) what is the purpose of the elasticated strap on the cushion? is it meant to be stretched under the seat when fitted, or to retain it from falling off the base when packing it away? (2) the carrying bag is just a drawstring that has to be knotted to keep it closed, a simple locking toggle with button on the drawstring would have been much easier to use.

I bought this primarily for use at festivals and it has been handy. I have arthritis and the height works well for me. I do worry that one day I won't click it into place properly and will end up on my backside, but, until then, it's great. The only criticism would be the carry bag could be better but that doesn't affect how well it works.

Can’t quite believe how quick and easy something like this is to use. Very light to carry , pops up in seconds , comfortable and so very strong . I’m not a shrinking violet and weigh in quite high, but it supports me amply well. Sitting at a sports event or in the garage …take it anywhere… very impressed…

It's okay to rest your legs but not comfy to sit on for long periods. It feels a bit fragile bit wobbly but I could rest my legs when I wanted. I used it while on holiday. Oh and it's easy to carry around

Great item I think I would have liked the top to be a bit bigger, but as is it works really well and compacts down to a small size to carry

The media could not be loaded.  Im really pleased with the stool and looks solid. However, I find I cannot fully extend it to the max size as you can see the top most section does not twist. I cannot see why. Any ideas?Edit - I managed to fix it! I used a spreading knife between the top two sections whilst pulling and twisting and that freed the section that would not extend. The stool now fully extends to 20.4". Seller was prompt at responding to my request for help which was nice. Very pleased and increased review to 5 stars :)

It’s quite easy to to operate, you need the knack! Although it looks a bit plasticky it has taken my weight!

Praktisch, bequem, stabile Top!

Na ettelijke rugoperaties, handig hebbeding om mee te nemen naar plaatsen waar ik verwacht geen zitplaats te vinden. Ondersteunt zonder problemen mijn 95kg. Veel reacties gekregen waar ik dit heb gekocht.

Es práctico, liviano, estable, tiene buena altura, se plega bien. A mejorar el mecanismo de apertura, que fuera mas fácil o automático. Se usó para pasear por la ciudad a una persona mayor, pero le abría el taburete alguien que la acompañaba.

Avant d'ouvrir il faut bien regarder le mode d'emplois en images. Important, d'abord d'éclipser les deux parties en les écartant avec les mains puis ouvrir avec les doigts comme le montre la vidéo. J'ai acheté ce tabouret pour la visite guidée de musées ou châteaux avec un club de retraités, j'ai des problèmes de dos et la position debout stationnaire n'arrange rien. Il est plus haut que la plupart des autres modèles mais aussi plus large et pour certains un inconvénient. Achat utile pour les personnes d'un certain âge comme moi.
