Probably the highest quality one I found online
After reading the product description and reviews, this was a clear choice. I'm using it actually to make my own instant pudding. The flavor is good. It mixes well. It dissolves very easily. I use it in a blender and I feel like it's high quality milk content. It really smells good and it has a smooth texture, not lumpy

Great Powdered Milk for Baking and Yoghurt
I use this milk powder to make Greek yoghurt. It works very well, making the yoghurt very thick. There is no odor and the taste is good. I like the organic, small ingredient list! Been using it for years! Keep it in the fridge and it lasts a long time!

Great quality
I love that this is organic milk powder. I use it in all my recipes that call for milk. It is easy to mix only what I need. It mixes easily and does not clump. I have it on subscribe and save order.

Will buy again
Not bad for powdered milk, can't tell it's powdered milk in cooked dishes.

Good tasting and healthy but expensive
I like this milk. Not crazy about the container but I put it in a canister so that worked fine. The taste is, in my opinion, good but I only used it to make my protein shake in the morning so it was all flavored up and thickened. I wasn't crazy about it on cereal. My issue with it is the price. Just too expensive. Even compared with the Horizon Organic I buy at the store. I bought this because of the coronavirus quarantine and didn't know how hard it would be to get milk two or three times a week. But I'm back to getting milk from the store. This is also not great in certain dishes I made.

Long shelf life convenient whole milk
I seldom drink milk...mostly I use WHOLE milk for cooking, and in small quantities .. and the remainder spoils if I buy a Qt or Half. This powder does not spoil, is always on hand when I need it, can be used as coffee creamer, and is very economical considering the cost of wasted fresh milk. Can be reconstituted to any concentration desired.

Misleading
I rarely use any milk or dairy products, but I do like a little cream in my coffee. I have used this product once and so far it seems to work. The reason for the one star is because the packaging and advertising appear to be misleading. Instead of getting the package in the photo, you get a mylar bag with a sticker label that looks like it was ran through a dot-matrix printer (see photo). Also, even though it says “organic” on the packaging and in the ad, nowhere does it say who it is certified organic by. I believe this is a labeling requirement when using the word “organic”. Even though it tastes fine for my intended purpose, I doubt I’ll order from them again. Between the unprofessional packaging and the lack of information about organic certification, I question what I’m actually consuming here. Given there are a lot of other choices for similar products, I’ll buy elsewhere next time.

A high-quality dried milk that tastes good and dissolves well
I use this mostly for baking. I also reconstitute it when I don't have milk in the fridge and want to make something like pancakes or hot chocolate. It's the best I've tried of 5 or so similar products, organic and non. It doesn't clump up when whisked with water like most other powdered milks. Regarding the lack of organic certification, I don't know this manufacturer, but I am satisfied by the Seller's statement in the answered questions above, especially their offer to send copies of relevant paperwork if requested. Also, if you look at the USDA site regarding organic certification, they are operating legally. I'm not an organic farmer, but I know people who are. If this manufacturer paid for organic certification, and marketed directly to consumers, it would be much more expensive than it is. Then, most likely not enough people would buy it, and it wouldn't be available. I'm glad it is and personally, I think it's a really high-quality product.
