How much does it make?

You use 6-8 teaspoons per jug of gravy depending on how thick you like your gravy. You will get 5-10 jugs per pot. Makes the best gravy and the reduced salt version doesn’t taste any different in my opinion.

How long can this be stored? Shelf life?

I usually go by the date on the container but it doesn’t last that long as I use it in all my gravies

Can some tell me the salt content on label of reduced sodium?

It says that a prepared portion is 50 ml of which 0.34g is salt. I hope this helps you, I prefer this 'reduced sodium" Bisto myself!
