Actually helps headache more than I thought it would. Forehead application especially helpful. Takes the edge off my frequent headaches helping me to not take pain meds as frequently.

Very Relaxing
Used to have one similar like this years ago and I love that I found it, very soothing, when I get a headache I apply it on the temple area and the smell is very nice.

Great essential oil roller
I think this roller does help somewhat, but that could also be the placed effect. Either way, it really smells just lovely and gives me a burst of energy.
