Really good laptop and worth for the money.
Product reasonably priced for the combination of Processor, RAM and SSD we are getting. Performance is really good.

No backlit kbd., confirmed from Dell
I do not know how good or bad the product is, because I was allowed by Amazon to raise a return request within one hour of delivery. Reason? Prod description says special feature - backlit keyboard. The manufacturer even replied to some user reviews saying that there is backlit kb. That is a total misinformation. I have called up Dell and I confirm, this product never had backlit keyboard. So do not get confused. The seller should be reprimanded for this kind of blatant misinformation on the product details.

Good for full day collaborative online work
Overall performance is good. Note that screen will be soft white than bright white due to the antiglare. Performance is good. As this is the older i3 cpu based model, SSD file access speed will be much better in newer models. All programs run very well, no issues with that. Graphics is good as it is Full HD. MaxxAudio makes the sound really good but you need reasonably decent headphones. My older Inspiron I5 5000 had better audio even with ordinary headphones but they are no longer available and the newer version of it is much pricier. The max volume setting might not give you the real high volume that you expect - on laptop speakers as well as headsets. Keyboard and working with settings are convenient. My Dell software with Support Assist is helpful. Overall I am at peace with this buy. Good for full day online collaborative work.
