These have tons of omegas for the price all in one gel cap a day. Its not a chewable like you would expect its deff a gel cap. They smell amazing. But once popped they don't taste great. But not awful either. My kid usually fights me on gross medicine and he comments oh not the gross one. But then he eats it no fussing and takes a drink of water. No issues. I live in a hot area amd when the mail man put it on rhe porch they all melted together. I had to wait till they cooled and transfer containers and pull em all apart. So thats a little annoying. But I will be buying these again and again when I run out.
