Honestly I don't think this works at all, I have tried it like a week or so, and nothing changed. My morning sickness didn't even decrease a 1% If you're pregnant and you're looking for something natural to ease your nausea, buy ginger and peppermint candies, another recommendation from my OBGYN is to have crackers or something small to eat beside the bed so as soon as you wake up eat it so you don't stand up with an empty stomach.

I have been looking and was told to look for these. It’s great they are natural with no bad crap in them. BUT they are super sour more than I thought and blister and cut the roof of my mouth and tongue. All I wanted was Nausea relief this pregnancy not more to deal with taking these. It’s a disappointment. I received 3 containers too and didn’t know I was and now can’t use them. If those 2 things didn’t happen they be good.
