P21S 10500G Wheel Cleaner Gel with Sprayer, 500 ml

This product really does breakup brake dust and suspend it, but is very gentle at the same time. I applied it very sparingly and allowed it to sit for 15 minutes and then agitated it with the sponge. It rinsed off much easier than the others and the finish on my wheels looked very clean. The test is to take a light colored micro fiber towel and dry the wheels. You will find that the competitors that boast of color changes etc., do not clean as well because your towel will be black after you dry your wheels. Honestly I did not really know the true color of my wheels until I used this product. The other thing I notice about the competition is that despite a neutral PH claim relating to "gentle on painted wheel", they have acidic odor and do make your skin itch. There is also a greasy aspect that does not rinse very will. I got a little P21S in my eye and felt nothing. Perhaps this product is more for the detail oriented car enthusiast but I believe it would benefit anyone.

My Jeep grand cherokee has clad wheels which I can't use acid based cleaners on. I literally drove my jeep 200k miles without cleaning brake dust off the rims and they looked awful. I Figured i would give the jeep a sprucing up at 200k miles so i bought this product because it could stay on the rims for an extended period, and wont damage clad wheels. This product took the 200k miles worth of brake dust off with little to no effort. I sprayed it on gave it a scrub, and let it sit for an hour with an occasional scrub and an additional squirt or two every now and then. When I pressure washed the rims after the hour the rims looked shiny and new. I plan on using this product from now on.

Been using this for decades. Non acidic and won't harm your wheels or skin when using it. Does a great job. Tried many other but onlys came back to P21S.

Works well. Bought it for old style BMW multi spoke alloy wheels with the typical nasty brake dust.Cleaned the wheels up quickly without allot of elbow grease. Then I was at a friends and he showed me how Dawn dish washing fluid worked every bit as well, at 1% of the price.

P21S came highly recommended from a friend and I works great. The longer it sits (up to a limit) the better it works against baked on brake dust. Get your hands dirty and put in some elbow work to clean up stubborn brake dust especially from tight areas/corners. Good price but you are paying for the strength in the cleaner when compared to cheaper alternatives.

After trying about 5 to 6 different wheel cleaners I would have to say this is the business! It really cleans everything short of wheel corrosion. Can be left on for some dwell time and you won't have to sweat about it eating away at the finish. I am about to test the Zymol wheel cleaner to see which is better.

Don't know what the hype is all about with this product. This small bottle is enough to maybe do 5 cars or so however it doesn't even clean that good. I would try it using 2 different methods. I would spray it directly onto my dry wheels with slight brake dust build up. I go around to all 4 wheels and spray it on evenly. When I get back to the 1st wheel I applied it on I take a water hose and spray the wheel and the brake dust still stays on the wheels. The second method I rinse each wheel to get it wet than I go around and spray each wheel with this gel wheel cleaner and rinse it off with water when I get back to the first wheel. Still nothing. I always end up resorting to using car wash soap + a wheel sponge to get the job done. This is a complete waste of $20 for a fancy product that is only enough for MAYBE 5 cars?

I used P21S regularly to clean BMW wheels that are constantly dirty thanks to all of the dust the brakes produce. Once you purchase this kit, you really only need the P21S gel refill, which as I recall is 100 ml. Use this product, and a toothbrush, as part of your car wash regimen and your wheels will thank you.

Follow the instructions and this works exactly as described. Gets the brake dust and gunk off the factory rims on my ford. No issues.
