This I a a great multi vitamin. Has niacin, so best to split up the pills and not take both at once. If you get a red rashly, itchy feeling, it’s the Niacin and you will be ok. It goes away in 20 minutes. Take one at a time in the AM and then mid day or before your workout. This will also make your urine yellow.. not a big deal, it’s doing its job. This isn’t magic, it’s a multi vitamin, one piece of the puzzle. Eat right, excercise and be healthy

These seems like good multivitamins as in they have a good blend of ingredients and they're pretty good value but they smell pretty bad so I just try to take them quickly. I'm not sure if it's just the batch I got or if the multivitamins just smell that way. None of the other nutricost items I but have that smell.
