Fantastic Green Pans
The best pans I have ever had. Buy Green pans. They are wonderful. No sticking, on stove top or in oven if the handle is metal. Great pans.

These are NOT non stick
We need steel pans for our induction stove. For years have used Scanpan non-stick steel pans and have loved them - but they are expensive. Now that they are 10 years old and a bit scratched, I thought we might do well with these pans as a replacement they are a lot cheaper. We chose them because they are one all-steel exterior frying pans (not aluminum with stick-on steel bottom nonsense). Well these Greenpan's worked well for about 8 weeks. And now they stick like crazy! Even eggs with butter. Oiled fish skins stick as well, cannot pan fry a piece of fish. It's back to Scanpan... you really get what you pay for. If you want durable non-stick pans, go Scanpan CTS. They are a bit heavy, but heat-distribution-wise that's an advantage. R

Contradictory messaging
The first pic is the marketing. The second is the instructions that come with the pan. Soooo, hmm. "Oven and broiler safe" but also "Use low to moderate heat settings"? "Metal utensil safe", but "silicone utensils are best". We'll see after I actually start using them, but right now it looks like a bait and switch.

Fabulous skillets skillets
These are a great weight they clean up fabulously and they pretty much cook without any oil at all. I have a bunch of all clad and I love them, but this is cooking for dummies. You really have to try them

Awful!!!
We buy a new non-stick pan yearly because none of them last. Heard great reviews for this brand and needed the pans to be non-toxic. Well these have only lasted a few months and they are already no longer non-stick. Even when we use oil or butter everything sticks and is a mess. What a waste of money. I guess I'm going back to a cheap pan I'm ok with throwing out after a year.
