I’ve been using this as a light everyday base, and it gives a soft, natural finish without looking heavy or overly matte. It evens out redness and minor discoloration well, but I get the best result when I apply a small amount at a time and build only where I need more coverage. It does not completely cover darker under-eye circles or more noticeable blemishes on its own, so I still prefer concealer in those areas. I also recommend using a denser brush and buffing it in rather than sweeping it on, especially if you have dry patches. Overall, this is a great option for someone who wants a quick, breathable-looking base rather than full glam coverage.

This is my daughter’s go-to foundation, so it’s much easier to just order it on Amazon instead of sending her to the mall to restock. It’s a reliable loose powder that she uses all the time and knows works well for her. Convenient and saves us both the trip and money.

I’m freshly 30. I’ve always struggled with textured skin. I also have combination skin so things can look cakey or flakey on me. This foundation is amazing and I feel like this will be my forever foundation. It is lightweight, it covers my rosacea very well, it’s buildable, it isn’t flat matte and gives the skin such a healthy glow. Bonus is that it takes me less than 2 minutes to apply. I didn’t know powder foundation could be like this!!

Goes on smooth, covers imperfections without looking like you have heavy makeup on. No harmful ingredients. I have sensitive skin and find this product does not give me any problems breaking out or irritating. I’ve been using his product for several years now and still find it the best foundation.

I love bare minerals. Why I left it I have no idea. I use the light and fairly light (numbers 01 and 05) with the light used as highlights, because I’m older and way past the shiny, glittery kinda of makeup and highlighters. This lasts a long time, doesn’t settle into lives, has no irritating effect and the value for the money says the rest. My skin looks natural which makes me have a younger, natural look instead of a different color on my face from trying to cover up things (which doesn’t work for me). A little goes a long wag and it’s buildable if you need more coverage. No redness comes through, or blemishes, and with the little ‘pot of gold’ in the bisque, my face is done in nothing flat. I use the blush and eye makeup too. My face feels like I just had to dab a little powder and blush, some lipstick, eyes and of course eyebrows but I feel like naked skin. Nothing sticky on my face, nothing heavy. Just fresh and light. Bare minerals hit homers with their products. Absolutely love it. No fuss, no mess, no liquid anything. Just clean, fresh, natural. Autoship is the way to go with this, and no worries about having to reorder because it’s in the way and here by the time I need it.

For reference I have porcelain/ivory oily skin and have breakout tendencies. Tried this product again today after years, and WOW. My skin looks flawless, offers great coverage, and I don't even need concealer because it covers EVERYTHING. I put on my mineral sunscreen, and then this on top with a normal soft big fluffy powder brush and it makes my skin look amazing. I actually got 2 colors. one for a bronzing glow this summer (medium 10) and the other (05) to match my skin. The color match is right on point for me. I put it on 8 hours ago and haven't touched it up since. It lasts a long time and looks even better then when I put it on this morning. Thank you Bare Minerals.

took me some time to work out what shade I needed. I'm Chinese and a little tanned. Opted for Light since it has a yellow base, and am very glad I did as it is perfect. It won't cover blemishes - I use a concealer first before putting on this foundation powder. It looks very natural
