Fantastic book.reads like a story rather yhan step by step book, but a very valuable and inspiring lesson. I even messaged the author and he responded immediately

Great Book
The story is a bit lame, but the message behind it is outstanding! If the reader doesn't learn what great customer service is from this, then he is not interested in customer service.
