Fun and pratical

I liked this book so much I bought two extra to give to friends and family. It is full of great advice for triathletes to use in preparing for races. Actually it is full of advice for athletes in any sport. The book contains many personal experiences from both authors in an informative and often hilarious format. Very enjoyable read that also is very instructive!
