The media could not be loaded. The product is damaged in 2 places. Can't believe a regular customer is treated this way

Disappointed
The quality of telescope stick ok. But provided me the bend one ,can't extend longer , careless transportation. Charged me so much but at end did not satis the customer. Regretting could have asked for replacement. At least you all don't repeat the mistake . Thankyou
