Great to taste
Surprised to test it. Quality also superb as good or better then what I find in Delhi-NCR area. Little hard to break, which is not unusual with Gajak.

Hard and stale
Hard and dried. Will break your teeth trying to eat this. Gajraj is supposed to be soft. This felt like it was stored for a kind time and was not fresh.

I have not eaten gajak in a very long time so was thrilled to see it available. It arrived promptly, earlier than estimated and was very good quality . I have ordered it again.
