I have flat feet and often get pain in my heels and arches. I’m no stranger to heel cups. These heel inserts were firmer than other gel inserts I’ve used. They offer a decent amount of support and can be modified in height. I found them too firm for my comfort and actually had to take them out of my shoe. If you like a firmer support these would be great. But if you’re looking for a springier gel cup to absorb shock, you may need to look elsewhere.

These come attractively boxed as if they were meant for a retail store. The quality is very good and I like how each heel lift can be made a certain height.These are easy to use and feel great.There is adhesive on the bottom to help it stick into place in your shoes. No more lifts that slide forward and back!I wear a womens size 9-9.5 and these are amazing in my every day athletic shoes.

I have a slight leg length discrepancy and have been advised to wear a heel lift at all times to help alleviate my back pain. The heel lift offered by my chiropractor is more expensive than this, and made of dense plastic material that I find uncomfortable on the bottom of my foot.I have been able to customize this heel lift to my specific needs, and find that this material is more comfortable on my foot. I am happy to have found this comfortable and affordable option!

These inserts fit in my shoe well. It’s nice that they are stackable so you can choose the height you need. I ended up using two. When I added a third, it felt a bit awkward in my arch. They stayed in place well. I will keep using these.

I like that they are adjustable, they do provide a bit of height but also they provide comfort making it easier to work on your feet for longer time, they stay in place, are well made. Great Product!
