Per Csr Svc must be purchased as a set. I did. The light still blinking. The charcoal is supposed to last 3 months and the rest 6. My charcoal didn't last that long and obviously its' cheaper to buy a new system than the entire set every couple of months. Does anyone else know where to buy just the charcoal? If not I'll have to use this up and look for a new purifier.

The replacement filters are high quality and the machine they are for works amazing. These filters really do clean the air very well. I smoke and I let this run all the time on auto and people cannot tell i smoke in my house. Best purchase if you want to remove odors in your house. Also reduces dust in the room. Worth the money and not expensive one set last 6 to 8 months so you are not spending crazy amount of money on filters.

Fits fine, everything as expected BUT I’m so pissed they’ve increased the price to $50/on sale for $47. I’ve purchased these twice before at $30 and $34. Now they cost half what the actual purifier cost. Not sure if it’s worth keeping this purifier anymore. Considering a new one. Also, you can purchase cut it yourself carbon filters so you don’t have to rebuy a set of these every 3 months just for that.

I purchased two Renpho replacement air filters through this seller in two separate orders about 10 minutes apart. What came in was one name brand filter and one knockoff brand without the same air purifying specs.I had not realized this was a 3rd party seller and I would like either a a refund for the knockoff product (Rotalo) I was shipped or a replacement since the second filter received was clearly not what I had ordered.I had this item purchased through my family's account, so I do not have access to the email account that the communications are supposed to go through.The Renpho air filter from one of the two purchases was exactly what I had ordered and I am happy to have this after all of the wildfire smoke as of late. It is also very effective in clearing out allergies in a room.

Ever since I got these replacement filters I've been wondering why my room smells the way it does because it doesn't matter how many candles or incense I burn, every time I turn my air purifier on, it smells, and I can't even tell you what it smells like. I didn't have this issue with the filters that came with the purifier so idk. I do know I won't be buying a replacement again and will just order a new purifier.
