Xion XON-SATA1818_BK 18-Inch SATA II Cable (Black) - Retail

I order 3 of these 18" cables from Amazon with "inline" (straight) connectors on them. I received 1 "inline" cable, and 2 cables that had a "right angle" connector on them. The package marking on them was correct. Too much of a PITA to waste my time returning them. I don't know what has happened to Amazon's free (non-expedited) shipping, but it's gone from being very good last year to being abysmal. In general, it can take a week or more before they are even shipped, and then they use shippers like Lasership or USPS (USPS? hey, there's a reason why they've been gradually going out of business!)- no real tracking for USPS (the only time they can tell you anything specific is after the shipment has been delivered, and even that is not accurate). On one occasion, my order shipped part way by UPS, who then handed it off to USPS for the last few miles of delivery. After that, USPS 'lost' my order, and I had to file a claim and wait even longer for it to be settled. I don't know why Amazon thinks this is the right way to treat their customers- how much to they save and is it really worth it to PO their customers to save a few extra cents? All of my shipments used to arrive in 3-5 days like clockwork... now it takes 1-1/2 to 2 weeks for delivery on average, and in some cases over a month. Maybe their free shipping was too good, and they weren't selling enough Prime memberships... I've pretty much had it with Amazon.

6 were available but I could only order 4. I don't know why. Two have arrived. I guess they're ok but I don't need two, I need 6.So I haven't installed them. I tried one and stuck it in the drawer because I don't need 2. I need 6. Good Job Amazon.com
