Would this be good to use if you sleep on your back and use a wedge pillow all night?

I tried that. It only works for me if laying on my back. I spend some time o it as I’m winding down for bed. And then in the morning if I wake up with pain I’ll lay on it for a bit. Despite not being able to use it when I sleep on my side, it truly is the best neck pillow I’ve found.

Can someone tell me how high the center section is (where your neck rests)? I see the over all dimensions, but not for the center. Thanks.
