MorningStar Farms Plant Based Sausage Patties, Vegan Meat, Maple Flavored (6 Count)

I rarely eat meat, especially in the morning, but these are my favorite breakfast as someone who is watching calories, carbs, sugar and trying to up my protein. The maple flavor is already baked in, so I don't fell the need to use syrup when I pair the faux maple sausage with protein waffles and blueberries. They cost a little more but they are consistent. You can vary the texture, as well. If you want them crisp, put in the air fryer, or pan. For softer, warm in the microwave.

I pop one in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 42-45 seconds voila instant burst of protein goodness I prefer this protein-alternative to real sausage because I like the texture and well It just tastes better in my humble opinion! I purchase a couple of bags every month and highly recommend them!!

This makes meatless breakfasts very tasty and satisfying. I've been using Morningstar Bacon Strips for years and now I like the Maple Flavored Sausage Patties as well.

I was looking for a real plant based sausage with great flavor and nice texture. This is all I need almost every morning! I love to bake it in the oven and then pair it with green leafs veggies. Super yummy and satisfying to start the day. I think the price is fair. You know, many things plant based are so pricey!

Flavorful! They taste very good, just don’t overcook them…cuz then they get rock hard! (Seriously…I cooked a bit too long and then couldn’t even bite into it or cut it with a knife lol) I like these a lot though and they’re a good source of morning protein. The size is just right… not too big or small! They’re nice with eggs or in a sandwhich or by themselves.
