Bought as a gift. Apparently, this is the best eyeliner available, and it's worth the price.

This is the BEST waterproof eyeliner out there. It doesn't cost as much as Lancome's and it's better. I love how thin or how thick you can make the line around your eye with this fine-tipped pen. It will last all day without running or smudging. I have watery eyes and this stuff stays on all day without coming off, even when my eyes water. I will most definitely be buying more of this prodcut.

I found this eyeliner at a Japanese grocery store in WA, and I love it! Like most Japanese eyeliners, the applicator is superior - it gives you perfect control over the line. What makes this eyeliner different is that it goes on almost a bit translucent or "smoky" from the start. It's not the kind of hard line you normally get from a liquid -- almost more of the subtle effect you can get from a pencil, but it lasts and lasts! I will keep looking for Leanani Premium Waterproof!
