can a 16 year old fit in this?

We had an adult, an 8 year old, a 5 year old and about 30 - 12" balloons in it. Lol balloons... balloons are key.

How is different than less expensive similar items, like Bubble Hut?

We are the Original Inventors... we have a patent pending and we have all the required Child Safety Certifications & Approvals. Bubble Hut and the other copies do not have these tests and approvals done. It was extremely important to us as parents of young children to make sure we not only did all the required testing but even all the additional optional certifications to guarantee children will be 100% safe inside the AirFort.

What kind of box fan do you use so that you're not worried about their fingers?

A standard box fan works great, but if you are worried about children touching the fan from inside the tent, then no worries because it has a mesh tunnel divider to prevent access to the fan!
